Concession in an Education Loan for female BTech aspirant whose mother is an Anganwadi Teacher?
Hello, my father died earlier and my mother is an Anganwadi Teacher. She has a Government job. I wish to do BTech with an Education Loan. I want to know that as my mother has a Government job then I will get concession or not in education loan also I am a girl.

There are various schemes offered by banks to help female students.
In such scheme , female borrowers benefit from lower interest rates on education loans. 0.50% concession in interest rate is provided to female candidates. Those who belong to economically backward section are eligible for concession. The loan covers expenses like Tution fees Travel expenses Purchase of equipment Insurance premium Any other expenses related to course. |
