I have passed 12th from CBSE with 84.40% marks in Arts and 1st year student of college. I want to know about MHRD scholarship. Please tell me the announcement date and last date of submission in this scholarship? And how to apply for MHRD scholarship?

No, you are not eligible to apply for MHRD CSSS scholarship. CSSS stands for Central Sector Scholarship Scheme and it is offered to candidates who have performed who have performed well in 10+2 board examination.

But, as you have passed 10+2 last year you are not eligible to apply for now as candidates are required to apply for scholarship in same year in which they have passed 10+2.
