Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to know about the essential documents which are required for applying in the Merit Cum Means Scholarship. Can you please let me know what are the essential documents which are required? Please tell me asap.

The following are the required documents to apply for scholarship.

a) Photo of Student. (Mandatory)
b) Verification Form of Institution. (Mandatory)
c) Self declaration of Income Certificate of parents/guardians by the student. (Mandatory)
d) Self declaration of community by the student. (Mandatory)
e) If Fresh: Self Attested ‘Previous Examination Mark sheet’ as filled in the Form. (Mandatory)
f) If Renewal: Self-Attested last Year Mark sheet as filled in the Form. (Mandatory)
g) Current course year Fee Receipt . (Mandatory)
h) Bank passbook in the name of student. (Mandatory)
i) Aadhaar Card (Mandatory)
j) Certificate of Resident. (Mandatory)

Sir self declaration of community certificate by student means student self declared form is there is any supporting document regarding community certificate needed to sumit?
There is any supporting document belonged to minority community issued by government officer
Is mandatory?
Or
Student self declaration form regarding minority community is possible to submit or not?
