Default Re: Education Loans of Private Sector Banks comes with a with Insurance?

Public sector banks will soon start offering insurance linked education loan .
The insurance premium will be part of expenses for education loan.

Expenses covered under education loan are
Travel expenses
Library and laboratory fees
Cost of books, equipment etc
Any direct cost related to course
Insurance premium.

Both government and private sector banks charge different loan insurance fees.
Private banks charge about 1.5% of total loan amount as loan insurance fees.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
