"Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund Scholarship"

Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund Scholarships are given to pursuing PhD studies at a recognized University/Institution in India.

This scholarships are given in any one of the following areas of specialisation:

Indian History and Civilization

Sociology

Comparative Studies in Religion & Culture

Economics

Geography

Philosophy

Ecology & Environment


=>Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants should have a 1st Class Post-graduate degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in both graduate and post graduate level.

Applicants should be registered/admitted already for PhD degree with a recognized University/Institution in India. Candidates who have not been registered at the time of submission of application are not eligible to apply.

Age of the candidates should not more than 35 years.

Should be a full-time PhD Scholar.

Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund (JNMF) Scholarships are offered to PhD students in India. Candidates should have a first class Post Graduation Degree with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate in both graduate and post graduate level are eligible to apply for the JNMF Scholarships. Applicants’ age should not be above 35 years for getting the JNMF Scholarships. The applicant should be a full time PhD Scholar to avail the Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund Scholarships.
