Eligibility to apply in Venkat Panchapakesan Memorial Scholarship is as follows.

In order to apply for Venkat Panchapakesan Memorial Scholarship, you must be pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering or a closely related technical field.
You should be enrolled as undergraduate or graduate student in any Indian College/university.
