Hello Sir/ Madam,
I am qualified UGC NET JRF and I joined Ph.D in due time (as time mentioned in the JRF award letter). However I didnt get the stipend / communication from UGC so far. I have provided the below details for your advice:
1. JRF certified dated April 9, 2010.
2. Ph.D joined date December 15, 2010.
3. Documentation provided for UGC office:
a. Joining report from the UGC Annexure
b. UGC Award letter
c. Bonafide certificate from the college.
Could you please advice me how to proceed further to receive the stipend.

If you haven't utilised your JRF scorecard to gain some research experience, then JRF scorecard will not help much. All you can get is UGC granted fellowship or scholarship based on merit.

Usually, those who join some research projects as JRF, are entitled for fellowship, which is according to the UGC pay scale. Hence, instead if joining Ph.D, you should have applied for JRF post to get such stipend or fellowships.
