Re: Minimum percentage of marks required to get an education loan?
In order to apply for loan candidate must have scored atleast 60% or above marks throughout their academic background.
The main aim is to provide financial support for further studies. Candidate must maintain good academic record without any arrears. Bank has right to stop further loan amount if they do not meet the satisfactory academic record. |

Percentage does not matter so much while applying for education loan now because of order of the supreme court but yes, the candidates should have qualified in every examination till the last education with good marks. |

Re: Minimum percentage of marks required to get an education loan?
To get an education loan, you must get enrolled in a college and get a statement of fees from the college you get admission into.
Banks do not see your marks or percentage you have secured while lending out a loan. All it sees that the student has got a seat in a college and is unable to pay the fees. |

Re: Minimum percentage of marks required to get an education loan?
Taking an education loan from public banks like SBI, PNB etc, have list of requirements, which includes new percentage of 60% in 12th ( if you have more, your chances increases ), an offer letter from college/university, then how much is your loan requirements if it is above 7.5 LPA, then you need collateral.
