I am afraid there is hardly any scholarship for a class 11 student. 99 percent in 11th is incredibly unbelievable score and you must have worked really hard to achieve it. Unfortunately, most scholarships are meant for good performances shown in classes 10 and 12.
Many schools reward their meritorious students in the form of scholarships. You should check if there is any such provision in your school.
