Is there any scholarship for discontinued handicapped B.Tech engineering students?


I completed my B.Tech 1st year after that I discontinued my studies due to financial problem. Now I wanted to continue my studies is there any scholarship to continue my B.Tech for discontinued? Can you please provide me the details on the same? Awaiting for the response.
