Sir/Mam,

I have applied for MHRD scholarship but i did not got the money.What may be the reason ? Does there any shortlist after applying? Who can give me the right information on the same? Can you please provide me some official link on the same?

There can be various reasons for not getting money. Your application might not be correct, there may internal faults, you might have been excluded in the internal shortlisting, there may be issues from bank, etc. You are correct, there is shortlisting for the final scholarship receivers since the number of scholarships is fixed.
