Sir, I availed education loan from Axis Bank and now started repayment but no interest subsidy was credited to my loan account during moratorium period, I Fulfilled the formalities to avail the subsidy. What I will do to credit the subsidy?

Just ask for bank manager about the documents required to get the subsidy and submit it with them. They will ask you for an income proof certificate for getting the subsidy.

Just get a valid income proof of your family and submit it with the bank manager of the same branch, where you have your loan account.
