after graduation can we enroll for article ship along with IPCC?. If there is an option, kindly let us know the duration for the same.

Hello sir I wrote cpt exam but I failed .iam B.com 1st yr student oct month last iam going to write 1st sem exam
if got 60%in 1st sem can do ipcc if possible or not

Exactly What is Aggregate marks in B.com ???
Is it First YEAR
Second Year
Third Year = Total Marks?????
Here I am confuse Some says its Second year and Last year total, Some says Last year total.... so,what exactly needed to take direct entry scheme addmission...????

You are a B.Com Graduate you can join for the course CA IPCC directly.

A Commerce graduate having minimum 55% marks is eligible to do CA IPCC directly.

Non commerce graduate candidates have to obtain 60% can join fot CA IPCC course directly.

Graduates are exempted from CPT(common profiency test)

CA IPCC(Integrated Professional Competence Course):-

Group 1

1.Accountancy,

2.Business laws, Ethics communication,

3.Cost Accountancy, Financial Management.

4.Taxation.


Group 2

1.Advanced Accountancy.

2.Information Technology and Strategic Management.

3.Auditing and Assurance

Yes, Being a B.com student you're directly eligible to apply for IPCC Course . The candidate who Qualified in Bachelor degree course are eligible to apply for IPCC course

Commerce Graduates needs to score minimum aggregate of 55% marks in B.COM to get exemption from appearing in the CPT exams and getting direct admission to the IPCC stage.


A candidates can get exemption from giving the CPT exams if he/she has studied atleast 3 papers from the below list of papers.

Accounting,

Auditing,

Mercantile Laws,

Corporate Laws,

Economics,

Management including Financial Management,

Taxation including Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws etc.,

Costing,

Business Administration,

Management Accounting

-> As you completed your graduation you no need to appear in CPT exam which is the entrance exam of C.A.
-> After CPT , IPCC ( group 1& group2) will be there which requires hard work much more to clear this exams .
-> After finishing IPCC , articleship which is a training session for candidates who cleared IPCC .
-> After training , Finals which decides one's fate of becoming CA .

Hi, i have completed my graduation in 2014 and currently working with an MNC. How do i got about the CA IPCC forum. Will i have to quit working if i have to opt for articleship? Articleship will be starting after the IPCC exam or before the exam?

For IPCC registration bcom graduates must have 55% marks.

The grade given by universities will vary and ICAI is not interested on it.

So you can go on with your IPCC.

Hi dear.

If you have 55% marks in bcom you can register yourself with ICAI for IPCC .

But before writing the exam you must undergo 9 months Articleship Training. It is a practical training under a Chartered Accountant. It builds our career. After becoming a CA whether to practice or do industrial work depends on how we perform in Articleship.

So do your best.

Chartered Accountancy course gives an exemption to graduate students to skip CPT level and can directly apply for IPCC level. But the condition is
Commerce graduates must have 55% marks
Non commerce graduates 60% marks.
No need to worry about the grades provided by those universities. If you have required percentage of marks you can apply for CA course.
