AIR 15000 is agood rank , you should not worry and attend AIEEE councelling patiently and take care of the preference of branches in respective institute.

At this rank you will certainly get CS in NITs except top NITs. And NITS where you can get admitted to that branch are :-
NIT PATNA
NIT HAMIRPUR
NIT DURGAPUR
NIT ROULKELA and many good other NITs.

At least 200 admission offers will be made based on the performance in IIT-JEE and similarly, at least 200 admission offers will be made based on the AIEEE rank in the first round.
