Since you are a P.C.M student and a scholar then you can join any college which offers Graduation courses. You can take a drop and give the exams like IIT JEE, AIEEE,VITEEE, SRMEE, etc.
If you have already given these exams then you must wait for the results..
Another option is that you may join any college on the basis of your class 12th percentage.
You can select any branch in an Engineering college like-

Eligibility: Admission to this course requires an aggregate of 55% or above in the PCM subjects — physics, chemistry and mathematics — and 50% or above in one compulsory language.
Career Options:
There is a variety of rewarding careers to choose from. However, employment options depend on the extent of education. ‘‘Students can go for a masters in chemistry and then PhD after qualifying NET. One may specialize in any branch — physical, inorganic, organic, analytical or biochemistry. A bachelors degree is sufficient for entry-level positions in industrial and government labs but limits the career advancement up the ‘corporate ladder’,’’ explained Bakhshi.
Career counsellor Pervin Malhotra said, ‘‘One can find suitable options in areas like oil, chemical and pharmaceutical companies, public health and environmental protection sectors, etc.’’

Career Options after 12th Mathematics :





After 12th you can get into Graduation Courses which lasts for 3 to 4 years .

B.Sc -- Bachelor of Science
BCA -- Bachelor of Computer Applications
BBA -- Bachelor of Business Administration
BBM -- Bachelor of Business Mgmt
B.Com -- Bachelor of Commerce
BA -- Bachelor of Arts
B.tech -- Bachelor of Technology
B'arc -- Bachelor of Architecture

B'tech and B'arch are special fields where you need to appear for entrance examinations to get into those courses .
And these courses lasts for 4 years .

Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

First you can continue your study by taking admission in MSc Computer Science...
OR you can look for job,
You can apply for various Govt jobs as you completed your graduation so you can try in-

> B.TECH
> B.ARCH
> B.SC PHYSICS

etc

heya...after your 12th you have following options:

Bachelor's Degree in the following science subjects:
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
Computer Science
I.T

Engineering(also known as B.Tech) offers four fields viz.
1.Chemical Engineering
2.Electronics & Telecommunications
3.Mechanical Engineering
4.Civil Engineering

The BSc.course is a three year course wherein...in the 1st year a student chooses a combination of three subjects ...then in subsequent year drops 1 of the subject & in the final year chooses a major subject on which he/she is awarded a degree.
First two years are college exams & only the final year is board exam

Engineering is a four year degree...divided into 8 semesters(2 semester per year)
All the semesters are board papers..

so as you can clearly see there are a lot of options open for you after 12th(P,C,M,C.S)

Hi, you have lot of opportunities.
If you get good score in the 12th with good score in PCM and comuter science
following opportunities are there:
1)Through CET you can get branches like CS,IS,EC etc these branches related to comuter science then it will be easy for your future.
2)You cant enter into medical because you selected cs in 12th std.
3)If you get good score in JEE/AIEEE you can get seats in IITs/NITs .
4) If you do the coarse like Java/C++/webdesigning etc you have a chance of getting jobs directly.

For the GATE exam, only the engineering students can apply.
In the 3rd year of the engineering can also apply for the GATE exam.
The score card is valuable for two years. i.e, you can apply for this year and also for the next year.
But only thing is the questions are very tough SO it is very difficult to clear the GATE exam.
Only with the proper training and practice you may clear the exam
The application form is Rs.1000.
If you got the college through the GATE exam then you will get the stipend amount from the government.

As you are pursuing Aeronautical Engineering you have vast scope for getting jobs into the space organizations like ISRO, BARC or NASA.
If you can continue your study after B.Tech and do Phd in Aeronautics and Aerodynamics then you have sure chance to get into the NASA.
this is the special branch of Engineering where a candidate can get more and more option.
So don't worry about the jobs you have sure a bright future.

I have just completed 12th class with physics, chemistry, mathematics, english and painting. Though I've got around 90% in board exams but I have failed to get good rank in AIEEE. What should I do? there is no opportunity for job after doing +2 class in PCM.there are many career options after doing non-medical.you can do

2.b.b.a
3.b.c.a
4.b.a
5.b.s.c
6.b.s.c(honors)
7.b.s.c(agri)
8.b.arch

If you are interested in Computer Science, you can take stream of "Computer Science and Engineering" in B.Tech. This branch is most liked by students because now IT Industry is growing year and year and it has large scope.
You can also take Civil Engineering in B.Tech. In coming years, there will be large demand of Civil Engineers.
Mechanical Engineering is already evergreen branch in B.Tech. It has large scope, and you will surely get job in a good company.
Since, you have done Computer Science, so there would be large variety of options for you to choose.

Well coming directly to the point you have mentioned that your a student of class 11 with PCM+ Comp.Sci well after completion of 12th standard you'll be having a chance to go with



Degree courses :

Here are some of the courses that are listed which would suit you the best apart from engineering.

1. B.Sc (Maths)
2. B.C.A
3. B.Sc (Computers)
4. Hotel Management
5. Computer specialization courses

But as a back up option you can also look for a job, based on your 12th qualification you can go for jobs such as

1. NDA
2. Clerk posts in Banks

One of the best options would be to choose the course based on your interest. But in my opinion definitely Degree courses like B.C.A or B.Sc will be the best for you.

Why to take a drop if the placement isnt there?
