what would be my condition if i score 170 rank in sc quota ????

see previous year your selection in jadavpur university went about 16000 in wbjee.if you get rank about 6000 you can easily get electronics and instrumentation and around 9000 you get IT and around 15000 you get pharmacy.

Hiiii...

As you have got 1086 S.C. rank in WBJEE then it not going to help you get into Jadavpur university or BESU.

However you can opt for the following govt. colleges.:-

1. BURDWAN UNIVERSITY.
2. JALPAIGURI GOVT. ENGG. COLLEGE
3. KALYANI GOVT. ENGG. COLLEGE.
4. WEST BENGAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY.
5. UNIVERSITY OF KALYANI.

However if you are interested then you can get a nice college in the later rounds of the counseling.
