I have got 16 marks in environment engineering 2 and teacher not check one question of 5 marks , on my answer sheet teacher wrote N/A, please solve this issue and give me a 4 marks grace in this exam.

My bpharma degree is clear bt maths not and i am leet student too my total num with internal nd external both is 25 is it possible to get passing marks after paying 5000/-
