I am a 3rd year B.TECH in computer science engg..i want to apply for ISRO entrance examination..i have got less than 65%(6.87)marks in my second semester..but my rest of the semester marks are matching the eligibility criteria..so can i appear for ISRO entrance examination?

Dear friend,

Every year ISRO select the candidate in one process those are qualify GATE exam with good score are called for direct interview.

And 2 nd option , first you have to cleared written exam then you will be called for interview.

Yes, B-TECH(IT) student are eligible for ISRO exam.

Those candidate have completed B-TECH degree or final year student are eligible for ISRO exam.

But your graduation marks must be above 65% .

If your graduation marks is below 65% then you are not eligible for ISRO exam.

The age criteria is given below-

For general candidate - 35 years
For OBC candidate - 38 years
For SC/ST candidate -40 years.

Exam Patterns are-

Total No. of question:80
Total time:90 mins
Marking system:+3 for corerct answer, -1 for wrong answer

hello,
i am a 2011 passout.I have done my B.E(electronics and communication engineering),i have appeared for the ISRO(scientist?engineer post ) i secured 40 marks.and i was not eligible for the post.When is the next recruitment for the exam,and am i eligible for it to appear.

Hello sir,
i am final year student. i have scored above 65% in all semester but in 2nd sem i got back in maths then in 2nd attempt i have cleared with 71% in 2nd sem so am i elligible in ISRO entrance examination.
