I got internal mark 18 in math 3rd , can i get grace in math?

no but if you aggregate 40 marks in internal+external than you are considered pass.

Your question is totally in complete you mention the class in which you ar reading.

In Internal exam you will not get grace marks but in Final exam you may get grace marks.

You study hard so that you will pass the maths exam.
