Both have equal oppertunities to get job.

In 6th semister one or two subjects change but remaining all are same

Hi friend,You actually have lot of chance in postgraduate after doing undergraduate in computer.The following suggestions are given 1.information technology 2.nanotechnology 3.information security 4.Cyber security 5.Artificial intelligence 6.VLSI 7.Bioinformatics 8.real time systems 9.quality realiblity and operation research(ISI KOLKATA) 10.computational biology 11.Radar and communication 12.Nuclear engineering 13.laser technology and many more.refer iit and other institute website for more details.

after B.tech in C.S.E you should do m.Tech in computer subject.

but as you are interested in other field then you may do M.tech in other field. like

networking subject. although it is related to computer but it is different from ther computer subject.
microprocessor.
VLSI
also some institution offer digital communication and control system for M.Tech for computer science student.

you may go towards these subject if you have interest.
