Hi, In GATE 2012 i scored 34.33 out of 100. My all india rank is 15572 out of 156780. Can i get good colleges in tamilnadu based on this mark alone? especially in coimbatore? if it so wat i have to do next? if anybody knows about it can u please help me??? I'm really confused.. Can i apply for VIT?

Lart year cutoff announced for councelling was 35.5 for jc and 33.5 for backward classes. after councelling the cutoff for obc was 27.5 and 18.75 for bc. you just can't predict the cutoff marks as it keep changing every year based on the performance of students .
