the idea is great and will help a lot of students as they can give answers to questions and earn also

I think daily competitions for scholarships are very nice as it will make one post or reply daily. Some cannot do so regularly they too will be happy with daily scholarships and can opt sometimes. It will increase quality which is most important.

Some more thoughts:

- We can't limit this to only new members... senior members will lose out on all the fun.
- New comers will have better chances in this new system than the current system
- Withdrawal threshold can be kept at Rs. 1,000/- this will be the amount reaching which you can withdraw your amount, the amount will get accumulated up-till then.
- We can credit Rs. 100/- to every new member's account.. as a welcome gesture. It can be encouraging.
- For forum staff, the work will increase tremendously but we won't compromise on the quality. Proper moderation will be done on daily basis.

Yes, daily competitions will help a lot as it will give boost to the members to post quality posts regularly. Some may not have internet and still can take part in daily competitions it will increase support to forum.
