i am a student of class 10 from CBSE i wamt to become a child specialist and surgeon and want admission in government shools

after 12th what should i do in which i can earn huge salary but that career duration should be maximum 4years

After 12th in science you do Engineering . You can do other options also B.Sc., M.Sc., Mtech, BCA, MCA, P.hd.
IF you want to leave science and opt for any other then fields like-
CA,CS,MBA,ICWA,CMA,also have lucrative job profile.
Don't be confused mate just decide the thing you want to do and are best at doing.

There is various fields where you can apply after completion of your 12th in science....
You will get lots of options in science field to opt. for future career...
So , my friend there is no need to change your field..
After 12th you can go for fields like-
1.Engineeering
as you have mention that you wants to become a engineer in future..
For that you have to appear in engineering entrance tests like - IIT-JEE, AIEEE etc..
2.Medical
If you have interest in biology, then you can go for medical field..
3.BCA
If you have interest in computer fields then you can go for BCA course..
After that you can do MCA, Which is a demanding course..
4.B.sc
You can also go for general field...
5.BBA
If you have interest in management field then go for BBA course.. After that you can go for MBA..

So, you will definitely get a variety of options after completion of 12th in science...

if u want to go in for engineering then u need to work a bit harder and crack an entrance exam like AIEEE or IIT-JEE in order to get into a good engineering college..
if u want to join B.Com after 12th then u have to score an extremely good percentage in ur 12th boards..so that u meet the minimum cut-off % in ur nearby college..
else u can go in for BSc or BCA or a diploma in any field u like..

its totally upto u to decide..where u want to go n where does ur interest lie..

If you have computer subject in 12th then you have the best option.Engineering is the best option and you can do your further study with computer field.So its very good for you.You are a computer background student and its very good for you to choose computer science branch.Its the best option you have.There is so much scope after engineering.
If you dont have interest in engineering then bca is also a very good option for you.You can get knowledge about computer field by bca course.
You have a very good subject in 12th so i suggest you that dont change your subject.There is very less scope in commerce field.

but i will suggest you, dont change the stream

You can go for a graduation in Biology.

Other courses for you include - Nursing, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Biotech engineering, Biomedical Engineering

There are lots of career options after 10+2 Non- Medical.
You can go for any of the Engineering streams.
There are also many of the degree courses like biochemistry, biotechnology, agricultural or dairy science etc.
You should take Maths as a subject to go for Engineering.
So, choose your field as your interest.

U dont get confused of ur future... Wherever u are,give ur best... After 12th u have many career options.... Engg alone is not a solution... U can do simple degree... A science student with computer can do BA,BCom CA and so on..... Being a science student is so proud... u can opt any courses... so dont change ur group.....

Definitely one can do CA after class 12 whatever might be the subjects chosen
in Senior Secondary Examination.

The eligibility criteria for CA course is:
Pass in Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent recognized examination. There is no restriction with regard to the age of the candidate or marks secured in Senior Secondary Examination or subjects studied.

After completing 12th with science there are innumerable opportunities ahead for you.
You can become an engineer,doctor,scientist or you can even join the army.
You can actually do any course without any restrictions.

Also you can also change your stream to Commerce, or arts.In which you can do many courses like bcom,bba,bbe,ba and later you can pursue mcom,mba,mbe, and many other courses.
You can also opt for hospitality management or film-making or any other course if have a keen interest in them.
