my friends who are all completed BE placed to very good companies like wipro, infosys.... i am realy getting affraid about my career...

please kindly suggest me............ for betterment of my career..

After completion of AMIE with minimum 60% marks in mechanical or any other field you can do your ME degre from BIT mesra Ranchi Or any other universities and then the best option for job is, you can join as a lecturer in any otonomus polytechnics or engineering colleges.But you have to gain sound knowledge during your AMIE which will help you for become a successful engineering lecturer.

"ME degre from BIT mesra Ranchi" is it a distance learning course????????

I completed AMIE(ECE).Really it is a very good course.Now i am working in MNC.I selected here because of my AMIE.It is not easy to pass all the exam easily.So work hard.improve your knowledge in your spealization,it will defenitely help you.

I m about to complete AMIE (mech.) and planning to do M tech through gate does it is right decision b/c as u said many companies reject theM Tech candidates who did AMIE.

Hello Aspirant,

Congratulations for getting your engineering degree from the Institute of engineers.AMIE means Associate Members of Institute of Engineers.It is an equivalent degree to B.Tech or B.E
The advantage of doing such course is that it can be studied by a working employee after 12th class with math. subject,physics & chemistry or after getting degree in Diploma in Engineering in any stream such as civil,mechanical or electrical.

Since it is an equivalent degree of B.Tech,the candidates with such degree is eligible to be posted as an Assistant Engineer & then can be promoted as others who posses B.Tech or B.E degree.

The candidates can be employed in any private,PSU or govt.organisations such as railway etc.
