Tips To Prepare For SBI Clerk Examination:-

Quantitative Aptitude Section:- This section will be loaded with mathematical questions and therefore more and more practice is required in this case to get over the initial difficulties. Try to learn the shortcuts and tricks to solve the questions quickly and thus save more time.

Reasoning Section:- This section tests your analytical ability and observing power. Thus very keen observation is required to answer each of these questions and one needs to adopt that sharpness by regularly practising problems from this section.

English Language:- Your english skills will be tested in this section. Lots of questions needs prior practice like antonyms, synonyms etc. For this you should practice grammar from grammar books and read english newspapers other such stuffs daily. Solve the practice papers in the grammar books too.

General Knowledge:- You need to have good knowledge about the current affairs and everyday life events. This can be attained by reading newspapers daily, watching television and reading manorama year books.

Computer and Marketing Knowledge:- Only basic computer knowledge questions will come from this section. The State Bank Of India conducts the Clerical as well as PO Examinations every year.

The Eligibility Criteria for SBI Clerical Exam are :

* The candidate must have passed graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university.

* There is no any specific percentage required in graduation in order to be eligible.

* Final year graduation candidates are considered ineligible for the exam.

* The Age Of The candidate must lie in between 18-28 years if they belong to General Category.

* Relaxation in upper age is also given to OBC candidates of 3 years and of 5 years to SC/ST Candidates.

The State Bank of India Conducts the Clerical Exam in two phases :

1) Written Examination

2) Personal Interview

The candidates have to pass both the stages in order to become a SBI Clerk.
