Hello All..
I have just completed my Mcom this year in Banking and Finance and wish to go further in Banking Industry, I dont mind being in pvt bank as well, But can u all please suggest me wt shud i study further to get a beter chance in Pvt or Nationalized Bank

I hav scored 60% in M.com and I am working in a pvt company.... Wht can i do find a better job??
