your eye sight is terrible with this eyesight you can never go in flying branch
every test conducted during the procedure have points like for teeths 14 points are minimum and
22 points for perfect 32 teeths.
so you are having a very bad eyesight but you are eligible for airforce as you are not blind only for technical field or ground duty officer
.you will be asked for the laser surgery for better eye sight
so contact to your surgeon for improvement

The option for NDA is only for male after 12 standard.

The Technical entry scheme is only available for the engineering graduates. You are not eligible to apply for the Technical Entry Scheme. You can apply for TES after the completion of engineering not at 12th.

But you can apply for the Indian Air force Through NDA exam. NDA is the National Defence Academy exam conducted twice in a year by the UPSC .
The eligibility criteria for the National Defence Academy for Indian Air force is given below:

Education Qualification:
The minimum education qualification required for this exam is 10+2. Students who have appeared in the 10+2 exam are also eligible.
For the Indian Air force Physics and Maths is required at 10+2 level.

Age limit:
The age limit for this exam is between 16 ½ to 19 yrs

No. of vacancies
The total number of vacancies for NDA in Indian Air force is 66.

So you are not eligible to appear for the Technical entry scheme but join the Indian Air force through NDA.
