As you have asked for the information regarding NDA application form i have mentioned the important dates below:

Important dates for NDA 2011:

Release of NDA notification 2011 :17.10.2011

Last date of NDA application form 2011 : 16.11.2011

Date of the NDA exam 2011 : 18.04.2011

As the NDA I examination was over so you can apply for NDA II. The application form for the NDA II is already issued and the last date of submission of the application form will be 9th may11.

there is no diffrence b/w the two , the only diffrence is that this exam occurs twice in a year & are named as nda 1 & nda2

this exam is conducted by UPSC every years for two times .
--the last date
to apply for it, passed in November, 2010.
the age limit for this exam is 16.5-19.
--BUT The NDA & NA Exam (II), 2011 is to be conducted on 21st August, 2011.
--The notification for this exam will be published on 09th April, 2011.

National Defense Academy (NDA) exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year to intake qualified Candidate for different department in Defense service like Indian Airforce, Indian Navy,Indian Army etc.

Eligibility criteria for NDA-I/NDA-II exam:
Education qualification: Minimum candidate should complete 12th class with PCM stream.
Age Limit: Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
Citizenship: Indian

NDA-I and NDA-II exam are conducted twice in year, because the person who was not able to attend for NDA-I exam, he can apply for NDA-II exam in the same year, without having gap between the education.

NDA-I exam notification for this year:
Issue of application form from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012.
Exam will held on 15th April 2012.

NDA-II exam notification for this year:
Issue of application form from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012.
Exam will held on 19th Aug 2012.

National Defence Academy Exam (II) details:-

Age limit: The age limit is candidates born between 02-07-1993 and 01-01-1996.

Educational qualification:-

For Army:- candidates pass with 12th in 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by State Education Board or a university.

For Air Force:- Navy and Naval Academy, candidates pass with 12th in pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by State Education Board or university with physics and mathematics subjects.

procedure to apply:- The eligible and interested candidates have to apply
through online or offline.

Through online from the website:-www.upsconline.nic.in on or before
09-05-2011 up to 11.59 PM.

Important dates:-

Closing date for online registration:- 09-05-2011, up to 11.59 PM.

Last date for receipt of offline application:- 09-05-2011, (For far flung areas 16-05-2011).

Date of written test will be conducted on:- 21-08-2011.

NDA stands for the National Defense Academy. It recruits candidates for the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force.

Only unmarried male candidates, whose age is within 16.5 to 19 years, and who have passed class 12th successfully with an aggregate more than 50% can apply for this exam.

The important dates for the NDA 2012 are:

1. Date of release of Notification : October 2011.

2. Last Date to submit the filled application form : November Last week 2011.

3. Date of the exam : 15th April 2012 (Sunday).

So as you can see, this year the closing dates are already over. It is very good if you have applied for the exam within that period, but if not please apply next year.

Date of Notification:-31.12.2011
Last date of receipt of form:-30.01.2012(MONDAY)
