Seems that you have qualified the NDA test that's why you are afraid about the next step.
For physical fitness test I would suggest you to spend your 1 hr at least in the gym. Eat fruits and health supplements(if needed).
There is no as such interview training course still you can find some of the institution that provides interview training for call center jobs or you can try in the institution that provide coaching for MBA entrance examination.
But you can make it by improving your general awareness and self-confidence simply.
So, be confident for your knowledge and focus on your goal. Do whatever you can do for it.

Well if so then you can get the complete Study Material from Successcds, they are one of the best providers for study materials of any entrance exam.

And for NDA you can find details HERE

Apart from that. you can also switch to " A Self study Guide" of Arihant Publications.

and one of the most best option is "Upkar Prakashan' and "Pratyogita Darpan" you would find no match of books of these two publications.

Basically no aggregate requirement in 10th but priority will be given to Candidate with good academic record.

In 12th for both National Defence Academy and Naval Academy one should have to score at least 60% aggregate.

Candidates sitting for NDA Exam provisionally, means those who are appeared in +2 also have to score 60% if such person fails to do so then He will be Rejected at the time of SSB Selection process.
