Mca under Ignou is better choice because IGNOU is a reputed university first, 2nd is the certificates of Ignou is given more preferance in government and private sector, 3rd ignou offers low course fees then others, 4th ignou allows only sunday for class which is better for everyone. You are right about ignou course its too hard to qualify but thats not a problem if you work hard then every thing is possible.

I have done bca from ptu distance university.... and have knowledge of PHP ......if I do job right now nd do mca from ignou ....then would I get growth in good companies or good salary

IGNOU stands for Indira Gandhi National Open University. It is one of the top university in distance education.

It is good that you have completed MCA course from IGNOU which makes you to be eligible to apply for job opportunities in both public sector and private sector.

To get the job easily, prefer IT sector.

MCA candidates will easily absorbed into IT companies if they are strong enough
-programming skills
-communication skills
-subject knowledge

You should be good enough in minimum
-1 Operating system
-1 front end technology like C or Java etc.
-1 back end technology like Oracle.

Here is the eligibility criteria required to apply for the jobs in IT sector.

Don't go to IGNOU. Its waste of time and money. No IT companies will hire you. In all IT major companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro etc IGNOU degree is treated as correspondance course and they will not shortlist your resume even you have experience.

Is teacher-student contact possible in ignou in case of any emergency?

I have done 10th wd 59% 12th wd 68%, b.com from sol.du with 45% and also a 6 months diploma course(tally) from LSBTI now which course should i opt for my PGrad. and from which college or university i don't have much interest in accounting jobs

For reasonable placement, one needs to work on soft skills too. You should improve your command over language.
