I am a BCA graduate from IPU. Currently I am working in TCS. I want to pursue MCA from IGNOU, a lot of people told me that MCA from IGNOU is not valuable and not worthy. Will MCA from IGNOU will give hike to my career?

Certificate from IGNOU university has same value as that of certificate from any recognised university.
IGNOU is recognised by University Grants Commission in 1992.
If you pursue MCA from IGNOU then it has same value as that if you had pursue it from any other recognised university.
Yes, you will get hike in your career after completing MCA from IGNOU.

MCA from IGNOU is valuable.

But you can't apply for private sector through this degree.

Even you can't get any hike from TCS with IGNOU degree.
