if we do bca after correspondence then why is not benefical for mca as compare regular mca?

No, you can't do MBA after copleting diploma.
you should have completed graduation to apply for MBA.
Today the demand of MCA student are more then Msc IT student so, it is batter to choose MCA.......

Its nonsense. No big IT company prefers an MCA/bca from ignou. I applied to tcs. They sent me a mail saying we want regular degree holders. Even fiserv also sent me the same response. Ignou mca has beco.me so popular becoz it does not clear papers in 1ST attempt not becoz it can get you jobs. Students who have technical experience prior to pursuing these degrees can only benefit from them. I am a 63% mca ignou only getting calls for technical content writing from small companies and not big ones becoz they want someone with a regular degree. None of my friends is getting calls in development.

Is it possible to take direct admission in MCA 2nd year? Presently I am in BCA 1st semester from IGNOU. I have heard that value of regular degree is much more than distance degree. Is it really true?

I've completed BCA under MAKAUT. Now I'm working as a Back Office Stuff of a contractor. But, I'm looking for better job. So, I decided to continue my study through Open University. But, I can't decide which course would be better for me MBA or, MCA? Also, Is it a right decision to choose open university for MCA / MBA? Please reply.

Indira Gandhi National Open University is a Central University which open distance programs in certificates diploma in undergraduate and postgraduate and PHD subjects.
If you are pursuing MCA from this university then you don't have any doubt regarding this university as this university is approved by UGC and it is a Central University.
All degrees offered by IGNOU are valid and eligible for every type of government in private jobs.
After completing MCA you can also apply for PhD program in same University or in any other University you can also participate in any competition examination by passing your MCA from IGNOU.

You can opt any type of IT related job after MCA.

Programming in C++ or Java because these are part of your course.
