I have qualified AIEEE with All India Rank 300000 and Catagory OBC 88000 and State Rank 25000 ( in Delhi). Is it possible to join in BIT Mesra with the branch of Machanical or other. I also want to know that only way to join in BIT Mesra through AIEEE or other wise.

no it is not possible try another college your rank is very much high

for getting admission in bit mesra your rank must be within 6000 then you will get me department in bit meshra.in bit mesra there is10% manegment seats are available.if you want to get admission in managment quota then you have to paid more than 10 lack to the managment.

i am very sorry to inform you that the counselling as well as the admission procedure

for the aieee examination for the year 2010 is over.

so now you can not get the admission in that college.

so better pprepare for the next time.

the eligibility of BIT Mesra Mechanical through AIEEE is given below

1.12th with science with PCM combination.

2.minimum 80% marks in class 12th exam.

3.age limit 25 years.

The admission to BIT Mesra is done only on the basis of AIEEE and there is no other provision to get into it for undergraduate programs(B.Tech.).
With your rank admission in BIT Mesra is impossible. .
You should try next year. Prepare well and try to achieve an AIR below 10,000 in Gen category, then you could have a chance for BIT Mesra.

As per your rank in AIEEE, sorry to say that there are very less chances to take admission in BIT, meshra.
If you are eligible for central counseling of AIEEE then you can try in 3rd counseling of AIEEE. other wise you have no chance to take admission in BIT, meshra in this year.

& As you does not belong to Jharkhand, then you have only one option to take admission in BIT,Meshra is through AIEEE only.

So, i suggest you to appear in AIEEE next year with full preparation so that you may take admission in BIT,meshra.

bit mesra is a very good and reputed college. they accept admission of only brilliant students. your rank is too far to get admission in that college. but you can attend the counselling. maybe you will get a seat because there are some trade which many students refuse to take. you can apply for such seats

no dear there is no other way to get into BIT mesra and that too with this rank
better try next year

as you know it will vary year to year

approximately your all india rank must be below 18000

there is no specific cutoff but it depends from year to year

and also it depends on your reservation category

with the rank of 88000 it is not possible to join the bit mesra ..but u can try for other institutes as well

It is a very reputed college. As per India Today, it had 23 rank all over India in 2009,13 in 2007 and 9 in 2005.

For Mesra, anything below 9k is good enough for admissions.You can select your branch then as well.Anything above 20k...try some other college...and to the guy who says he scored 63 in AIEEE....dude seriously....it depends upon the rank and not the marks...get familier with the procedures will you
