I have secured 283 marks in engineering admission test 2011,cav i get admission in bits pilani or goa or hyderabad

you won;t get any seat in pilani however u may get some lower coursesin bits goa.

The rule with regard to improvement exam is that a candidate must appear for improvement in all the subjects and not just physics, chemistry, maths.
If you have appeared for improvement in all subjects and secured aggregate 75% in pcm and minimum of 60% in pcm each, you are eligible for BITSAT> else not.
