i got 271 marks in bits 2012 i will get mse tech and BE chemical and all dual degree in hyderabad which is best for me

i prefer msc maths in goa . dual degree how will be the 5 year course its procedure how many years shall we be doing msc.

i got 271 in bitsat2012 & ece in bms,bangalore.which of the two is better for me.
is it worth spending 5yrs .....
