Admission process for Ph.D from IISC, Bangalore after 97 or above percentile in GATE?


Hi guys
i appeared in gate exam and i am assured i will get more then 97 percentile and as i am already M.tech. I am trying for phd from IISC Banglore. Tell me what is the procedure of selection process

My gate2011 score is
42.67/100 and 542
rank 3497, obc non creamy category
i want to know whether i ll get IITs

Sir, My son cleared GATE 2012 in EC. His gate score is 627, AIR is 1437 & marks obtained 37.33%. Can he get admission in IIT's or IISc
