The company secretary course is imparted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India through distance mode.
The Foundation program, Executive program and the Professional program are not options but are the three stages of the company secretary course.
If you are not a graduate, you will have to register for the Foundation Program which will be followed by Executive and the Professional Program.
If you are a graduate, you will be eligible to get exemption from the Foundation Program and will have to go through the other two programs.
The course, apart from these three stages, also includes management training for a period of 15 months.

can I take admission for CS course on the basis of Correspondence graduation degree.?

I have completed my B.com in the year 2002, now I am very keen to do company secretary .My age as of now is 35 years .
Is it possible for me to do it and I would like to do it correspondence. Please let me the admission procedure for the same .
