Chartered Accountancy should be taken by students having a high aptitude for accounting and its related fields. So, if you have it in you and want to be a professional Chartered Accountant, you should go for it but since you have pursued your bachelors degree program in business administration, you must follow it by Master of Business Administration and instead of Chartered Accountancy program, Company Secretary is the course which is advisable along with masters degree program in Business Administration.

Company Secretary course deals in subjects related to Company Law, Economics, Business Communication and all the subjects that you will be able to relate more along with Business Administration at masters level as well as at bachelors level.

So, as per your present qualification and in order to have a better career, it is advisable for you to follow Bachelor of Business Administration by Masters in the same along with Company Secretary Course.

Basically, Both the CA as well as CS Course having good scope .

By the way choosing the Course is based on interested and Aspiration .

1) If you're interested to become a "Auditor" in reputed Companies then you may apply for CA course .

2) If you're interested to become a "Company Secretary" in Top Companies then I suggest you to apply for CS Course .

1) Charted Accountant Course Details

>> ICAI stands for Institute of Charted Accountant of India . It's professional course . the duration course the course for 4 years with practical training . there is good scope of the ca course in future as well as present .

C.A course is divided into three levels namely , Foundation examination , Intermediate examination and Final examination .

Your interested in ca course then you should be qualified for the 12th in any stream with good percentage of marks form recognized university . If your qualified for graduation then you should be directly qualified for intermediate examination , There is no age limit for ca course ,

You should also qualified in CPT entrance examination , CPT stands for common proficiency test . CPT Examination is conducted by the institute of charted accountant of india . if your interested to apply for CPT examination then you should qualified in 12th in any stream with 60% percentage of marks from recognized university .this cpt examination is held four times in a year during the month of February , May , August , November .

If your qualified in CA course then you should apply for following jobs like ,

• You can apply for managing director.
• You can apply for fiance controller.
• You can apply for accountant.
• You can apply for cost controller.
• You can apply for finance manager.
• You can apply for chief internal auditor.
• You can apply for jobs in both the public and private companies.

2) Company Secretary Course Details

ICSI stands of (Institute of Company Secretary of India) . it is an professional course , the duration of the course is for 3 years with practical training , then course is divided into three levels namely foundation examination , intermediate examination , final examination . there is good job prospectus for cs course in both the private as well as public sectors .

If your interested in cs course then you should be qualified for 12th in any stream with good percentage of marks form recognized board . C.S Institution also conduct entrance examination , you should be qualified in entrance examination then only you will get admission in cs course .

If your qualified in CS course the you apply for following jobs like ,

• You can apply for Banking Sectors.
• You can apply for Insurance Companies.
• You can apply for Finance Companies.
• You can apply for Private Companies as well as public companies for secretary .

HELLO,, I have appeared for the BBA final exams and waiting for the results..and i am sure of securing atleast 80%.. My HS finals result was very much unexpected.. i secured only 40% hailing from arts... now i am very much concerned about my career and have bigger dreams... but i dont knw which course i should go for..
