KSOU is UGC approved .I have attached the UGC approval document.

So don't worry.You can applicable for any govt jobs.

Yes,you can apply for GATE after completing B.TECH.The minimum eligibility for GATE is B.E/B.TECH with minimum 55%.The gate stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.
In GATE exam 75% of marks come from technical subjects i mean your branch subjects and remaining 25% marks come from aptitude,reasoning,General english and awareness questions.The GATE score is important for BEHL exam.
The other government exams are UPSC,BSNL,Railway,Bank jobs etc.

yes, it is possible for gate and other gov.t jobs after completing b-com. The gov.t cirtificates should be needed.
Banking jobs may be suitable for people completd b-com.
