Hi
DNB is the exam conducted for the medical and surgical course by the National Board of Examination (NATBOARD). As you are interested in doing medical course in Cardiology, Endocrinology etc. The eligibility required for this course is given below: DNB Eligibility Criteria EDUCATION QUALIFICATION 1.Candidates having Post Graduate Medical degrees from Indian Universities and possess permanent /provisional registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council are eligible for this course. COURSES ALLOTED IN DNB 1.Medical – Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Hematology, Medical Oncology, Nephrology, Pediatrics, Neurology, Rheumatology. 2.Surgical – Cardio Thoracic surgery, Genito Urinary surgery, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics surgery, Plastic surgery, Peripheral vascular surgery, Surgical, Gastroenterology, Surgical Oncology. So you can apply for any of the above courses through DNB entrance test. If you have the above eligibility criteria then you are eligible for the DNB test. GOOD LUCK |

i think there are no upper limit age criterion. yes you are eligible for DNB (Diplomate Of National Board).
for DNB you have to appear in CET-NBE(Centralized Entrance Examination). through this examination you may do DNB. for the eligibility criterion and other details about DNB visit the website http://www.natboard.edu.in best wishes. |

To Appear In DNB Exams You have completed Your MBBS from any of the recognized University with atleast 60 % aggregate of Marks, Only then You Are Eligible to Appear In This Exams. There is No Age Eligibility Creteria To Appear In This Exams.
So, If You Are interested To Appear In This Exams, Then You Have To Get The Application form From The Official Websites - www.natboard.edu.in |

Can student who has done MBBS from a govt. medical college in INDIA and a MD in USA with board certification appear for DNB and practice as DNB upon clearing the exam. I understand a US MD degree with board certification is recognized by DNB.

Can a student completing MBBS from a government medical collegein INDIA and a MD from USA with Board Certification from there is eligible to appear for DNB entrance for postgraduation as a QUALIFYING exam.
I understand a MD from US with board certification is recognised by DNB and one needs to pass the DNB exam to be eligible to practise as a Consultant in India? Thanks SDPATWARDHAN |

I HAVE UNDER GONE DNB TRAINING FOR THREE YEARS FROM 2002-2005 IN OBGYN APPEARED FOR THEORY EXAM BUT NOT QUALIFIED.AFTER THAT WORKING AS TUTOR IN GOVT HOSPITAL IN OBGYN DEPT WHICH IS HAVING PG STUDENTS. I WANT TO APPEAR FOR FINAL EXAM , WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?
