The upper age limit is 20 years for the 5 years LLB course conducted by The Bar Council of India which governs standards of legal education in India. If you are asking about the 3 years LLB course then the upper age limit is 30 years.

LLB eligibility :

Graduate degree with 50% marks
age should be 20 years or above
no limit for Upper age limit

LL.B -Bachelor of LAW is a Five years Integrated Law and can be taken after 12th standard and for three years course can be taken after completion of Graduation in any stream.

AGE CRITERIA:-

For Five year Integrated LL.B. Course- Upper age limit is 20 years.

For three year LL.B. course- tThe upper age is limited to 30 years.

This limitation is governed by BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA.

The Full Form Of LLB is Bachelor Of Law. This course is done by those candidates who wants to practice law and represent themselves as a lawyer in front of us.

The Bar Council Of India has recently made amendments in the requisites for this course and as a consequence the age limit criteria is included.

The Age Limit for LLB Course is :

* For General Candidates : 21-30 years.

* For OBC Candidates : 21-33 years

* For SC/ST Candidates : 21-35 years.

The Other Qualifications that are required for LLB Course are :

* You must hold a Bachelor`s Degree in any stream from any recognized college/university.

* You must be an Indian Citizen.
