There is not any entry scheme in Indian Air force after the 10th. You should be at least 10+2 pass to apply for the Indian Air force. The eligibility criteria required for the NDA and Airman entrance exam is given below: Eligibility For the NDA To apply for the NDA exam you should be 10+2 pass with physics and maths as a compulsory subject. Age limit For the NDA exam your age should be between 16.5 to 19 years. Eligibility for Airman Airman exam is conducted as Group X and Group Y For Group X exam Candidate should be 10+2 pass with physics and maths and should have 50% marks in aggregate. AGE LIMIT For this entry scheme candidate age should be between 17 - 22 Years For Group Y exam For this entry scheme candidate should be 10+2 pass in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks. Re: Air Force after 500 marks in Metric?
For Air force minimum education qualification should be 10+2 standard.
So now you are not eligible for the Air force jobs. As you got 500 marks in your matriculation exam.if you continue with same spirit you can easily crack NDA exam. To apply for NDA exam eligibility criteria:
Once you crack the NDA exam, you will be having choice to continue your further studies, without any investment and you will be getting salary for your work at the same time. |

Re: Air Force after 500 marks in Metric?
There is no way that you can join the Indian Air Force directly after completion of matriculation.
However, once you complete your class 12, you can apply for the airforce as an Officer or as an airman. 1.As an Officer: You can join the Air Force directly as an officer by appearing for the NDA exam conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.It is applicable only for male candidates. Eligibility for NDA: *Age: 16 ½ to 19 years. *Educational Qualifications: You should have passed your 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.Students in class 12 can also apply. *Advertisement Schedule: March and October every year. 2.As an Airman: You can join the Airforce as an airman by 2 methods: (i)Group X: Eligibility for Group X: Candidates should have passed 10+2 with pass marks in Mathematics and Physics with a minimum of 50% marks in overall aggregate. *Age Limit: 17-22 years. *Trades Eligible For: Technical Trades (ii)Group Y: Eligibility for Group Y: Candidate should have passed 10+2 from any stream with a minimum 50% aggregate in all subjects. *Age Limit: 17-22 years. *Trades Eligible for: All Group 'Y' Trades (Except Musician Trade) For details, visit: www.careerairforce.nic.in Jai Hind! |
