Re: Am I considered as visually handicapped with -7.0 eyesight?
A one-eyed person is issued with a certificate showing 30% disability when vision in better eye is between 6/6 and 6/18. The vision in worse eye has to be less than 3/60 with no light perception.

Person whose vision, even with correction (glasses or contact lenses), medicines or surgery, impacts their educational performance & ability to complete everyday tasks due to their vision are considered as visually handicapped. |
