Is B.Ed degree and more than 50% marks in graduation needed for School Service commission?

Other than the educational qualification for school service commission a candidate has to have a degree or diploma in Teachers Trg. (B.T. / B.Ed. / P.G.B.T. / P.G.T. or its equivalent ) in regular course or through distance mode of education/correspondance course from a Teachers' Training Institution duly recognized by the National Council of Teachers' Education (NCTE) in the relevant academic session.

i have 53.5% marks in english(hons.).Am i eligible for wbssc?is b.ed. degree must?
