i have completed my diploma in ece. what can i study now except engineering?

The diploma in engineering is equivalent to 10+2 science stream with Maths.
So, you are eligible for admission in almost all the disciplines for which
10+2(Science with Maths.) passed students can apply.

It is very important for a student at this level, to understand and decide
what he/she has to do for a career keeping in mind his/her interests and abilities.
You have decided that you do not have to do engineering so some part of
your decision has been already made. Now you have to explore your interests.

You can enter any one of the following mentioned career options.
B.Sc. (except biology related field)
B.Com.
B.A.
B.A.LLB
Chartered Accountancy Course
Company Secretary Course
Cost and Work Accounts Course

Apart from these career options you can consider;
Mass Communication
Journalism
Multimedia Courses
3D Animation Courses
Hotel Management
Fashion Design
Interior Design

since you completed diploma in ece. you do not mention that you do diploma after 10th or 12th. if you do diploma after 12th then you have many option .if you take science in 12th the you can do graduation in maths ,physics , chemistry,or pass course,BCA ,BSC(IT). if you are from commerce field then you can do BCom ,BBA etc. if you are from ARTS field you can do BA, LLB etc.
Now you have to decide what can you do for your better career.
since you are a student of ece you can do course in advance networking, telecom management for good career.
from my opinion you are a technical student you can choose B.Tech(engg) for better career and oppertunities.

diploma is not a graduate degree but with the help of this degree u can complete your graduation.so you can enter into any course which is undergraduate which you would like.well course belonging to science stream will be better for you.

There are several ways to continue your higher study.
1)If you are interested in Business you can join MBA.
2)If you are interest in Higher study you can join BE through CET.
3)you can join courses like Network management.
4)You can join various research institute like ISRO,BEL,BHEL,HAL ...etc

If you complete BE you hav many opportunity like you can write IAS,IES,UPSC etc exams

See diploma in any subject except for the vocational ones is not a proper graduation course and this will not help you much in getting a good job. You are already from Electronics and Communication Engineering batch. Why don't you try graduation in Electronics( in a degree course). This will engage you in total technical field. You can opt for corporate, high end technical jobs after your graduation. If you do a corresponding MCA, you can also join the hardware oriented industry and indulge in high-end chip design. Today chip designing is a very sensitive and competitive world. If you have the potential, you will definitely shine there.
