yes, off course you are eligible for B.ed exam.......


A candidate must have completed their Graduation Degree in any stream are eligible for B.ed exam...

A candidate must have secure at least 50% from their Graduation degree....

For ST/SC candidate minimum 45% marks is require.....

Age of Candidate should not exist 32 year......

B.ed stands for the Bachelor of education.It is teacher training course and in present scenario it has become compulsory for the all candidates who want to be a teacher in primary or secondary government college.

The eligibility criteria for the B.ed are as follows:

1.Academic requirement:

>>Candidates having bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible for this course.

>>The % of marks in bachelor's degree should not be less than 50% for the general and obc category .5% relaxation in marks provided to sc/st.

So friend after completing your bachelor's degree with 70% of marks ,you are definitely eligible for this course.

2.Age limit :

>>For regular B.ed : upper age limit is 28 years

>>For correspondence B.ed : there is no restriction on upper age limit.

Note: You have to appear for the common entrance examination which will consist of questions from general awareness,english ,elementary maths,teaching aptitude etc.
