Hi,
the minimum educational qualification needed for BEd-JEE is a graduate degree of a university established by law in case of candidates belonging to SCs/STs; a graduate degree of a university established by law with a minimum of 45% marks in case of other candidates.

Eligibility criteria for B.Ed is 45% marks in graduation.you have 45% marks in graduation so you are eligible for B.Ed exam

For B.Ed exam first fill application form of B.Ed entrance exam if you clear written exam then you can find admission in B.Ed college through counsiling.

It is not clear from your question that you are belong which category.Even than the eligibility criteria is as follows:-

Open Category 50%
OBC 45%
SC/ST 40%

But according to University of Lucknow B.Ed 2011 minimum eligibility is 45%

Eligibility criteria:-

*The candidate must have complete the graduation at least from a recognized university..
*The candidate should have 50% aggregate through out the graduation.
*The candidates age should not be more than 35 years.

These are the criteria you have to satisfy..
As you have less than 50% aggregate in your graduation then sorry to say you that you are not eligible..
