I am an M.A.in english.I have 43% in B.A & 44% in MA.Am I eligible for B.ed.Iam teaching in an english medium affiliated school since 2009.

If you want to do B.Ed through regular then I am sorry to say that you are not eligible because you have to score minimum 50% marks in graduation/post-graduation.

If you want you can do B.Ed through distance education.

The basic qualification for getting admission into B.Ed course is 50% marks in Graduation or Post Graduation.

You have less than 50% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation means you are not eligible for the B.Ed entrance examination.

As you said you are teaching in a Private school. So if you have good teaching experience then you may be eligible for Distance Learning B.Ed course.

There are some Open Universities which don't have 50% criteria for admission into B.Ed course instead they ask for 2 years of teaching experience.In this cased you can get admission into B.Ed course which will be of 2 years duration.

You have to pursue BA English through distance learning,

if you want to pursue MA English.

If you want to do it for your interest, go for it.

Otherwise, I don't think it will be of any help to you after completing BE.
