Sir i am gradute in science stream i.e. b.sc. then am i eligible to become deputy collector qualifying mppsc. i want to choose public administration and philosophy for mains can i do so?

Yes you are eligible to apply for Deputy collector after completing graduation course. You have to apply for Civil Service entrance examination which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for every year.
IAS ie:- Indian Administrative Service and this entrance examination is conducted by (Union Public Service Commission) every year.

Eligibility Criteria:-

~Must have cleared three year degree course FROM recognized university.
~Candidates should have completed minimum age limit of 21 years and maximum of 30 years. Candidates belonging SC / ST / OBC Categories will be relaxed in age upto 3 years.
~Candidates should be physically as well as medically fit.
