hi,
First of all to get into a Multi National Company (MNC) , you got to a graduate in BE, B.Tech, MCA, MBA , BCA,etc..
You must have maintained good academic record in your 10th , 12th classes and also degree course. A minimum of 60 % is mostly preferred by top MNC.
Some basic eligibility conditions are
* Good communication skills.
* Good technical skills.
* Good leadership and managerial qualities.
* No backlogs in degree level.
* Gud programming skills
